Since its establishment, the R & D center has focused on frontier science and technology, focusing on market demand, locking up the "blank point" of industry technology and products and the "point of combination" of national industrial policy and market demand, and focusing on the "difficulties" in the development of polyimide materials industry in China, focusing on improving the engineering and industrialization capacity. The development of high performance material industry provides technical support. Focusing on technological innovation, the center is devoted to the research and development of polyimide related products, including raw materials, resins, adhesives, special engineering plastics and products, heat-resistant fibers and high strength fibers and fabrics, thin films, foam, nano non-woven fabrics, and so on, to provide high quality polyimide advanced materials for production and life. Scientific and technological innovation team
As an innovative technology enterprise, the company has excellent technical experts and the deep technical background of the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and actively carries out the research of polyimide technology innovation. There are 41 staff members in the center, accounting for 16% of the total number of companies, including 5 doctoral, 5 master, 15 senior high school engineers and 83% scientific researchers with bachelor degree or above. Development of research and development platform
The company attaches great importance to the construction of innovation ability and scientific research platform. At the beginning of the establishment, we set up R & D center. There are PI engineering plastic project group, PI special paper project group, PI fiber active carbon project group, and PI basic raw material project group. The center has basic laboratory, analytical laboratory, pilot production line and so on. It has advanced analytical and testing equipment such as high performance liquid chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the thermodynamic analysis instrument of TA company in the United States, and so on. With strong independent research and development capabilities and technological strength, the R & D center was successfully awarded the provincial and ministerial level engineering and technology research center in 2012.
The company pays attention to the combination of production, research and research, research and development center closely cooperate with the Changchun Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Institute of materials, Beihang University and other academic and scientific research institutions to form an open technology innovation system, and enrich the enterprise by actively striving for various channels such as national loans, government subsidies, and declarations of national innovation funds. Scientific and technological achievements
Through the combination of independent innovation and external introduction, R & D center has successfully developed a series of polyimide hi tech products with independent intellectual property rights. At present, 7 patents have been applied, including 2 authorized domestic patents, 1 European patents, and a number of related papers published in core journals. The center has been awarded the title of Changchun science and technology innovation center and the engineering technology research center of Jilin Province, and has been supported by key scientific research projects at the state, provincial and municipal levels for many years.
